How to get to our vineyards by train…
The closest train station to our winery is Marden – just 2.5 miles away. For those feeling energetic, that’s just a 45 minute walk (or 13 minute bike ride). Alternatively there’s a host of local taxi firms or during peak times we run a shuttle bus to and from the winery itself. Please get in touch for further details.
Marden has regular trains to and from London Charing Cross, Dover and Ramsgate.
Driving to Balfour Winery
A drive to Balfour takes you through some beautiful Kent countryside. We’re just 30 minutes drive from the nearby town of Maidstone, with its excellent links to the M20 if you’re coming from north or south.
If you’re travelling internationally, there’s also various care hire venues in the local towns of Maidstone and Tonbridge. We also have facilities to accommodate large coaches and tour groups.
