A La Carte & Sunday Roast | The Winemakers’ Kitchen celebrates the notion that ‘what grows together, goes together’. The menu is a collaboration between the chef and the winemaker. Each wine is analysed for acidity, body, alcohol and sweetness and then served with its’ perfect pairing.
