We offer local Kentish charcuterie, seafood, cheese and vegetarian options, all served with olives, quince jam, bread and crackers. RESTAURANT AND SUNDAY ROAST DINING | The Winemakers' Kitchen subverts the idea of food and wine pairing, with a menu which has been specifically created by Balfour’s expert chefs, alongside Head Winemaker Fergus Elias, to be carefully matched with our award-winning wines. Fergus Elias carefully analysed Balfour’s wines to draw out specific elements (acidity, body, alcohol, sweetness) which will pair perfectly with selected dishes on the Menu.
Throughout the year The Winemakers’ Kitchen hosts a number of events from our Vegan Dinner and Mother’s Day specials, to our popular Jazz evening featuring Joe Stilgoe. Look out for other Balfour Winery events taking place in 2024 such as our Harvest Picking day later in the year.
