Wine 1.

Leslie’s Reserve Rosé NV

Leslie’s Reserve Rosé is the essence of what any rosé should be, a wine of finesse and fruit designed to be opened, poured and enjoyed.
A traditional method, multi-vintage, multi-site wine, Leslie’s Reserve Rosé allows our winemakers to explore Kent’s wonderful and varied terroir.
A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, Leslie’s Reserve is dry yet bursting with Kentish raspberries and wild strawberries This summery red fruit balances beautifully with our signature Balfour crispness.

Tasting Note: A nose of rose petal, red currant, with a note of thyme. A wonderful playful style, hints of red fruit; raspberries, and wild strawberries. The finish is inquisitive and mouth-watering, a fantastic aperitif.
Winemaker’s Food Pairing: Open and enjoy with good company.
Grape Varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier

Wine 2. 

Leslie’s Reserve Gold NV

Named after the producer’s wife, Leslie’s Reserve Gold bridges the gap between Brut and Demi-Sec. Rich and ripe with a touch of sweetness works in harmony with the fresh English acidity to produce a wine of beautiful poise and balance.

The fruit flavours combine wonderfully with an underlying creamy finish and a touch of sweetness that work in harmony with fresh English acidity to produce a wine of beautiful poise and balance. A style that works as an excellent aperitif, but also with huge gastronomic potential.

Tasting Note: A wine which red apple characters dominate. Rich and unctuous, with flavours of ripe black and red fruits not often seen in traditional method sparkling wines. The fruit flavours combine wonderfully with an underlying creamy finish and fabulous hint of sweetness.
Winemaker’s Food Pairing: Canapés and afternoon tea. Can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
Grape Varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier

Wine 3.

Leslie’s Reserve Brut NV

Leslie’s Reserve Brut is a classic traditional method sparkling wine and one which epitomizes what makes sparkling English wine so special; elegant purity, a linear focus and fresh acidity. Predominantly Chardonnay, with citrus, green apple and brioche flavours to the fore. The wine’s distinctive aromatic and spicy character is in created with the addition of a small percentage of Pinot Gris to the blend.

Every parcel from each variety, clone and soil type is handpicked and pressed separately before blending to create Leslie’s Brut signature style. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and full malolactic fermentation before ageing on lees for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasting Note: Citrus fruits, green apple, with subtle notes of Greengage and dried herbs.
Winemaker’s Food Pairing: Fish and chips.
Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris
Alcohol: 12%
