Made from real wine and treated with the same care, attention and expertise as any premium rosé, Noble Alibi is pale, dry and refreshingly elegant. Bursting with juicy Pinot fruit, delicate citrus notes and a refined texture, it delivers all the complexity and character you’d expect from a great glass of rosé.

Using innovative winemaking techniques, the wine is fermented and matured before the alcohol is gently removed, preserving the flavour, balance and structure while leaving behind none of the next-day regrets.
