Balfour’s ciders are made with juice from the three Kent apples Egremont Russet, Cox and Bramley. Grown on the Estate’s orchards, each variety is fermented separately using their own wine yeast found in the Balfour sparkling wines, then blended by our winemakers to form our signature wine-like character; clean, crisp and bursting with Kentish fruit flavours.
