The Story
alfour Lager brings winemaking craft to the world of beer. Fermented with wine yeast and matured slowly for eight weeks, it bridges brewing and winemaking to create something entirely new. Inspired by the pursuit of flavour and finesse, this gluten-free, vegan-friendly pilsner is brewed to be as refined as a glass of wine, yet as easy to enjoy as a cold beer. With aromas of Galia melon, tropical fruit and freshly baked brioche, and a palate of citrus and tangerine, it’s a testament to craftsmanship, innovation, and the Balfour spirit of doing things differently.
