Balfour IPA is made using a blend of three local, Kent hops; one classic, one modern and one almost forgotten. Each hop was carefully selected by the Balfour Winery winemakers to concoct a unique blend of the traditional with a modern twist.

Nose: Honey and thyme.
Palate: Nutty, smooth biscuity malts with a light-bodied bitterness.
