England’s only IPA blended by winemakers. Crafted by our award-winning father-and-son team, Owen and Fergus Elias, Balfour IPA brings a winemaker’s precision to the art of brewing. Made using three Kentish hop varieties, Bramling Cross, East Kent Goldings, and Boadicea, this refined IPA celebrates local provenance and flavour.

Bright and complex, it offers a nose of honey, thyme, and citrus peel, while the palate reveals biscuity malt, soft bitterness, and a whisper of white wine–like aromatics from the Boadicea hop. Gluten free and vegan friendly, this is a beer designed for those who appreciate craft, balance, and a touch of the unexpected.
