Balfour Brut Rosé 2021

Iconic • Structured • Vibrant

Balfour Brut Rosé is the wine that started it all. The original “if we can’t sell it, we’ll drink it” project dreamed up by Leslie Balfour-Lynn has since become iconic: the first English sparkling served in British Airways First Class and even featured at the London 2012 Olympics. Rich, precise, and unapologetically glamorous, it bursts with wild strawberry, blood orange, and just enough crunch to keep you intrigued. English fizz with a hint of showbiz flair.

The Story

Launched in 2004, Balfour Brut Rosé put our name on the map—and hasn’t stopped shining since. Made entirely from vines on Oast House Meadow at Hush Heath Estate, this wine blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier to create a sparkling rosé that is both elegant and vibrant. Redcurrant, pomegranate, and grapefruit dance across the palate, held together by classic Kentish acidity, all while maintaining a freshness that makes you want to sip forever. It’s the wine of milestones, celebrations, and slightly indulgent moments—rich yet lively, structured yet playful, and utterly unmistakable. Balfour Brut Rosé isn’t just a wine; it’s a statement.
